Returning Wrestlers:
Simply fill out the form, enclose payment, and mail it by the deadline to:

Registrations will be accepted October 12, 2010-November 5, 2010 at the Dracut Recreation Office. Any registration received between 11/8/10 and 11/12/10 will be put on a waiting list and a $25.00 late fee will be added. Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after November 12, 2010.
Cost: $65.00

This program is offered only to children who reside in Dracut with a legal guardian. Fradulent registrations are subject to a no refund expulsion from the program. Proof of birth and/or residency may be required.
