Returning Wrestlers:
Simply fill out the form, enclose payment, and mail it by the deadline to:

Registrations will be accepted Monday, October 5th, 2009, through Friday, October 23rd, 2009, at the Dracut Recreation office. Any registration received between 10/26/09 and 10/30/09 will be put on a waiting list and a $25.00 late fee will be added. Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after 10/30/09.
Cost: $65.00
